Now you can get started. Clean the chip area using alcohol. If there are any loose glass fragments, remove them gently. After you do that, install a mirror on the inside windshield, and centre it on the chip point. It’ll give you a good perspective on the chip from all angles.

The next step is making a seal over the chip point. Make sure that it covers all the chip. Add a few drops of resin into the chip area, and push it using the injector. After a while, it should start clearing up, which you can see through the mirror. Watch it, release air and re-inject the resin whenever it’s needed. Repeat the process with the other wiper. It’s as simple as that. When you finish, make sure that you installed everything correctly, and test the new blades.

To do it, you’re going to need jumper cables and somebody with a functional battery. However, before you do anything, make sure that your battery isn’t cracked, and there are no visible acid leaks.

Shut off the ignition in both cars, and make sure that you stand in a place where you can safely jump start the vehicle. Attach red clips to the positive terminal of the other car, and do the same with your battery. Now attach the black clip to the other car’s negative terminal, and the other black clip should be attached to an unpainted metal surface in your vehicle.

When you do that, start the car with a functional battery, and wait for about 5 minutes. When this time passes by, you can try to start your vehicle. If it worked, make sure that you don’t turn off the engine for a while so that the battery can charge.
